Budget: Hosting a wedding at Villa Cimbrone requires a minimum spend of €50,000, which covers food and beverage services as well as venue rental fees. Accommodation costs are separate. Depending on the spaces chosen for the event, venue rental fees range from €6,000 to €10,000 (for each space). Catering costs start at approximately €310 per person (beverages not included), ensuring a high-end dining experience that complements the villa’s luxurious setting.

Maximum Capacity: Perfect for intimate and exclusive events, the villa is ideal for creating a memorable atmosphere for everyone. The events in Villa Cimbrone can host maximum 150 guests.

Music regulation: Acoustic music is allowed during Ceremony, cocktail and dinner.  Amplified music (Live bands/DJ’s) is permitted from 10:30 PM and after checking the calendar of events of Ravello Festival. Music has to stop at 11:45 PM for Town Hall restrictions. If you wish to extend the celebration, a full buyout of the villa’s rooms is required. Here are some available options (prices might be subject to vary):

• Extended Outdoor Music: Play background music until 1:00 AM at a reduced volume for €3,500 + 22% VAT. Open bar can continue until 2:00 AM for another €3,500 + 22% VAT, but from 1:00 AM to 2:00 AM, no music is allowed.
• Indoor After-Party: Move the party to the soundproofed tented area from midnight to 2:00 AM for an extra €10,000 + 22% VAT (soundproofing fee) plus an additional €3,500 + 22% VAT per hour for music and staff.
• Silent Disco: If you prefer to stay outdoors until 2:00 AM, a silent disco is a fun and unique option for guests. (€3,500 + 22% VAT per hour applies for music extension and staff) 

Accommodation at villa Cimbrone: Villa Cimbrone is a splendid 12th century Villa surrounded by a six hectares park, which offers 19 unique rooms, each with its own charm. Some of the most stunning suites feature frescoed ceilings and breathtaking views, making them perfect for the couple’s getting-ready moments. A full buyout of the hotel is required for a minimum of two nights, ensuring exclusive use of the property.

Guests staying at the villa can enjoy premium amenities, including a gorgeous swimming pool and the renowned Il Flauto di Pan restaurant, which serves exquisite Mediterranean gourmet cuisine. This setting guarantees an unforgettable stay for you and your loved ones.

Ceremony: it is possible to host a symbolic ceremony (no legal value) at Villa Cimbrone. 

A ceremony fee applies, according to your number of guests, which includes the exclusive use of the area for one hour (thirty minutes of set up and thirty minutes for the ceremony)

Dinner in the Crypt: the most stunning setting for the wedding dinner! 

this Gothic architectural semi open room is unique in its charm. Enchanted dinners can be organized in this area. In case of afterparty in the Crypt, it is necessary to book the three rooms above it (two suites and one junior suite).  A fee of around Euro 6,000 + 22% vat is required to close the area from 02:00pm. The minimum guests’ number guaranteed is 30 guests, while the maximum capacity is 150 guests (with round tables).

Additional fees may be required for start setting up in advance. – For example, if you are having ceiling arrangements on the vaults with flowers or chandeliers, you will probably need a time extension. Check with your florist, to make sure about the time they need for setup. 

The fee will be waived in case of 2 nights rooms buyout and 2 events.   

Infinity terrace: the gardens of Villa Cimbrone are open to the public. Therefore, the Infinity terrace is available only after 7:30 pm. It is a perfect location to have cocktail hour.

Suppliers: The planning of music entertainment, flower decoration and lights must be arranged through the villa’s indicates vendors.

weekend events: for weekend events (Fri-Sun), the full hotel buyout is required, for a minimum of 2 nights. A second event is required (such as a welcome dinner or brunch. The minimum guaranteed is 80 guests for each event. the cost of the hotel buyout varies according to the period, starting at around 33,000€ per night.
