Open position: Freelance Junior Wedding Planner
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the wedding planning team to coordinate unique and memorable events.
- Support logistical organization, from selecting venues to managing vendors.
- Interact with clients to understand their visions and needs.
- Actively participate in creating concepts and themes for weddings.
Qualifications:
- Fluent spoken and written English. (B2 or C1 is a minimum requirement)
- A passion for event planning, particularly in the wedding industry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and creative team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Previous experience in event planning is a plus.
- Must have personal transportation and be independent in travel.
- Flexibility to work in various locations, primarily in Tuscany and the Amalfi Coast
- Familiarity with the management of common social media platforms.
- Programming skills or a programming-oriented mindset is an advantage.
- Preferably equipped with a VAT number (Partita IVA) for collaboration on individual projects.
